On November 28, 2020, on the basis of the 227th combined arms training ground Borisovsky, the 72nd guards joint training center for ensigns and Junior specialists, an operational gathering of the leadership of the Armed Forces began.
The event is held under the leadership of the Minister of defense of the Republic of Belarus, major General Viktor Khrenin.
The main purpose of the collection is to develop common approaches to training officials of military administration and troops (forces), taking into account the focus of training of the Armed Forces, the organization of daily activities in the course of solving tasks in the new academic year.
Heads of military administration bodies, commanders and chiefs of staff of formations and military units, and other officials take part in the gathering.
Operational training of command personnel, which is held at the end of each school year, is an integral part of the training system of the Armed Forces.
The collection will take place in two stages.
During the first, practical stage, participants will study the most problematic issues of training for the purpose and other areas of daily activities of the troops identified during the school year, and various solutions to them.
At ten training sites, participants will be able to get acquainted with the specifics of organizing logistics support for units in various conditions, the specifics of special units ‘actions, the organization of countering unmanned aerial vehicles, the functioning of the security and defense system for various objects, and other issues of the troops’ life.
The second stage is theoretical. It will develop a common understanding of the General procedure for organizing and conducting training activities for military administration bodies, troops (forces), and solving problems of comprehensive support in the new academic year.
At the end of camp will be a meeting of the defence Ministry Board, which will summarize the training of the Armed Forces to carry out tasks as intended in the 2019/2020 academic year and tasks for the 2020/2021 academic year.
